If you haven’t heard the sad tale of Peanut the squirrel (and Fred the raccoon), then you’re in for some real rage and disbelief. NYS is truly the Empire state in that you and your property are safe only when the State allows it. Perhaps in the new federal administration, the message of this patch will ring a little more true with the petty tyrants.
