Generally speaking, refunds or returns are not accepted if you received what you ordered.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will absolutely work with you to address any concerns you may have. Just use the Contact Us link above and make sure to include your order number.
For apparel, size exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
If you received the wrong items or items are missing, please contact us ASAP so we can fix it. Bear in mind that some things ship separately, like apparel and patches. They come from different warehouses so they’ll likely be in multiple shipments.
If USPS or another carrier lost or mangled your package, let us know ASAP and make sure to include any communication you have from the carrier. It’s highly encouraged to contact carriers yourself with the tracking number in addition to reaching out to us.
